Multiple Mobile Homes Catch Fire in Dacono Colorado

Mountain View Fire Rescue responded to a report of a fast-moving fire at approximately 9:14 PM, July 19, 2021. Upon arrival to the 100 block of Glen Heather Street, Dacono, Colorado, crews found four mobile homes on fire. The initial report said a fast-moving fire that was spreading to multiple homes. All the occupants made it out of the mobile homes safely, and there were no reports of injuries.
The mobile homes are significantly damaged. Red Cross was on scene to assist; however, the residents of all four mobile homes have made arrangements to stay with relatives or friends.
Twenty firefighters from Mountain View Fire Rescue and Frederick Firestone Fire Protection District extinguished the fire. Investigators were on scene, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
