NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

                                               MOUNTAIN VIEW FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the MOUNTAIN VIEW Fire Protection District Board of Directors will be held on:

                                                          Tuesday, April 19, 2022,

                                           directly after the Foundation Board meeting

                              The meeting will be held via Zoom webinar/teleconference

 Mountain View Fire Protection District will be using a hybrid format for their meeting. Board members may attend in person, socially distanced. No public will be permitted to attend in person. Public attendance will be virtual through the Zoom link provided below.

The board meeting will be held for the purposes set forth in the agenda below, and for the purpose of conducting any other business that may come before the Board. The meeting is open to the public.

Motion to enter an executive session pursuant to Section 24-6-402(4)(e)(I), C.R.S., for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators regarding the 2022 bargaining process with IAFF Local 3214 and pursuant to Section 24-6-402(4)(b), C.R.S., for the purpose of conferring with the District’s legal counsel on specific legal questions regarding the same.
