NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the MOUNTAIN VIEW Fire Protection District Board of Directors will be held on:
Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 6:00 PM
The meeting will be held via Zoom webinar/teleconference
Mountain View Fire Protection District will be using a hybrid format. Meetings are open to the public, but there will be a virtual option through the Zoom link provided below.
The board meeting will be held for the purposes set forth in the agenda below and for the purpose of conducting any other business that may come before the Board.

Section 24-6-402(4)(a) C.R.S. for purposes of discussing the possible sale of the administrative building and possible purchase of a new administrative building.

issue of pending litigation and regarding the Fire Chief’s Employment Agreement.
Section 24-6-402(4)(e) C.R.S. for purposes of discussing the District Collective Bargaining Resolution to determine our position in negotiations, developing strategies, and instructing our negotiators.
