NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the MOUNTAIN VIEW Fire Protection District Board of Directors will be held on:

Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 6:00 PM

The meeting will be held via Zoom webinar/teleconference

Mountain View Fire Protection District will be using a hybrid format. Meetings are open to the public, but there will be a virtual option through the Zoom link provided below.

The board meeting will be held for the purposes set forth in the agenda below and for the purpose of conducting any other business that may come before the Board.

issue of current employee litigation.

Section 24-6-402(4)(f) C.R.S. for purposes of consulting with our attorney on a personnel matter regarding the Fire Chief’s Employment Agreement.

Section. 24-6-402(4)(b) C.R.S. for purposes of consulting with our attorney on the

issue of succession plan for the Fire Chief position.

Compliance Officer

Mountain View Fire Rescue has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations. The compliance officer has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.
