Mountain View Fire Rescue’s New Headquarters: A Step Forward for Our Community

We are excited to announce that Mountain View Fire Rescue will be moving into a newly renovated 38,000 square foot headquarters building on Monarch Park Place in Niwot. This move is scheduled to take place in late May or early June.

Why the Move?

Our growing needs for expanded administration facilities and logistics/quartermaster operations have driven this decision. After careful consideration, we determined that relocating to this new facility is the most financially responsible option for our taxpayers in Boulder County and Weld County.

What to Expect in Our New Headquarters

The new headquarters will house various essential departments and services, including:

  • Administration
  • Training
  • Logistics/Quartermaster
  • Fire Prevention
  • Community Outreach and Education
  • EMS Leadership

Additionally, the facility will feature a state-of-the-art conference center that can seat up to 190 people, along with multiple training rooms, classrooms, and meeting spaces. This will enable us to better serve our community through enhanced training, education, and outreach programs.

This move represents our ongoing commitment to providing the highest level of service to our community. By expanding our capabilities and improving our infrastructure, we aim to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness in serving the residents of Boulder County and Weld County.
